Its core also contains proprietary M9® material designed to enhance far infrared resonance for therapeutic benefits. The pillow cover is made from breathable Tencel® Lyocell fabric combined with polyester, offering excellent moisture-wicking, antibacterial, and dust mite-resistant features. Yes, the ZON+ pillow is expertly designed to support both back and side sleepers. Its dual-level height design and ergonomic shape provide optimal cervical spine alignment and comfort, helping to reduce neck and shoulder strain regardless of your preferred sleeping position.
What is ZON+® Mellow Pillow made with?
The ZON+ pillow is made with a carefully crafted combination of materials designed for comfort and advanced functionality. It features high-performance polyurethane coated with FDA approved food-grade silicone, providing elasticity, support, and quick rebound to maintain shape and comfort over time. It has 96.5% porosity making the foam breathable.
Does the ZON+® Mellow Pillow have any odor when first used?
The ZON+® pillow is made from high-quality, FDA food-grade silicone, high-performance polyurethane, breathable Tencel® fabric and M9® material, all of which are odor-free materials. Some users may notice a very mild, natural scent initially, which is common with new silicone-based products, but this typically dissipates quickly with airing. Overall, the pillow is designed to be fresh and comfortable without any lingering or unpleasant odors.
How long will a ZON+® MellowPillow last?
The ZON+® pillow has a lifespan of up to 10 years with careful maintenance.
Can I vacuum seal the ZON+® Mellow Pillow for storage or shipping?
Due to the special materials used in the ZON+® pillow, we do not recommend vacuum sealing (compressing) it for more than 2 weeks. Prolonged compression may affect the pillow’s elasticity and overall performance. For best care, please avoid extended vacuum sealing.

ZON+® provides a safer, more effective, and scientifically advanced approach to far infrared therapy.
How do I care for my ZON+® Mellow Pillow ?
You may wash the entire ZON+® pillow, including the foam, in a washing machine following the care label instructions. Please wash it in water under 45°C (113°F), and avoid using chlorine bleach or tumble drying to maintain the pillow’s quality and longevity. Following these guidelines will help preserve the materials and the innovative far-infrared technology integrated into the pillow.
Do I need to use a pillowcase?
Using a pillowcase with your ZON+® pillow is entirely up to your personal preference. Our plush cover is made from Tencel® Lyocell fiber, which is exceptionally gentle and smooth on the skin. Tencel® is a natural, eco-friendly material known for its excellent moisture absorption and breathability, helping to keep you cool and dry throughout the night. It is also hypoallergenic and resistant to bacteria, making it ideal for sensitive skin and promoting a healthier sleep environment. TENCEL® Lyocell fibers are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and safe for skin contact.
Is there a break-in period for ZON+® products?
As with many products, there may be a brief adjustment period when you first start using Zon+ products. While most of our customers experience the benefits of the M9® technology from the very first day, we recommend using the products consistently for at least one week to fully evaluate their effects. This allows your body time to adapt and receive the optimal benefits from the far-infrared resonance technology and advanced materials.
